Responsibilities
The candidate will drive sales growth by identifying new customers and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads to maximize revenue
The candidate will develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
The candidate will be responsible for monitoring performance and adjusting tactics as needed to ensure success
The candidate will be responsible for researching and analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify opportunities for business expansion
The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the marketing team to execute effective campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales
The candidate will be accountable for setting and achieving periodic sales targets
Qualification
· Must be based in Tamale
· Proven work experience in sales and marketing, preferably in retail or clothing-related field
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good coordination and interpersonal skills
· Strong negotiation and closing abilities
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an added advantage
