KI Ghana Limited is seeking the services of a qualified, strategic, and experienced individual for the position of HR Business Partner to join its Ghana operations.  The ideal candidate will play a key part in the local leadership team, reporting directly to the Country Manager and with a dotted reporting line to the Head of HR, West Africa Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full HR function in Ghana, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with the broader organizational HR strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving and implementing HR strategies and policies in alignment with AAK Group directives and Ghana operations. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position.

Responsibilities

       i.          The candidate will drive and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with AAK Group directives and Ghana operations.

     ii.          The candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes in line with AAK standards.

    iii.          The candidate will manage all HR administration including contracts, payroll, tax, and SSNIT compliance.

   iv.          The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR data, personnel records, and performance metrics via HR Information Systems.

     v.          The candidate will oversee compensation and benefits structure with alignment to market standards.

   vi.          The candidate will develop and execute learning & development plans and succession planning for key functions.

  vii.          The candidate must ensure employee relations and workplace culture reflect AAK’s “Great Place to Work” values.

viii.          The candidate will provide advisory support to internal managers and staff on all HR matters.

   ix.          The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with external partners, labor consultants, and service providers on HR compliance.

     x.          The candidate will support expatriate onboarding and base support per contractual terms.

   xi.          The candidate will assist the Regional HR team and participate in global HR initiatives and projects.

Qualification

       i.          Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.

     ii.          Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a multicultural or multinational company.

    iii.          Strong knowledge and application of Ghana labor laws, compliance, and HR operations.

   iv.          Excellent experience across all HR functions – recruitment, learning & development, compensation, performance management, and employee engagement.

     v.          Advanced understanding of HR systems and data management.

   vi.          Experience in managing HR budgets and operational costs.

  vii.          Ability to influence, coach, and communicate at all levels of the organization.
