Bomarts Farms Limited is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and detail-oriented individuals for the position of Human Resource Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies to align with business objectives. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies to align with business objectives.

·       The candidate will lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective HR service delivery.

·       The candidate will foster positive employee relations, promoting a culture of engagement, diversity and inclusion.

·       The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing talent management programs to attract, retain and develop top talent.

·       The candidate will be responsible for recruitment and induction training to prepare employees for roles.

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

·       Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Management preferably in a similar industry

·       Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies

·       Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations and best practices

·       Excellent written and verbal communication

·       Good interpersonal and coordination skills

·       Ability to drive change and innovation in a fast-paced environment
