L’aine HR is looking to employ passionate and qualified individuals for the position of a Marketing Officer for a reputable hotel in Akosombo – Ghana . The ideal candidate must have proven ability to develop, maintain and improve relationships between customers and stakeholders. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for this position;
Responsibilities
· Candidate will design, develop and execute wide-ranging strategies to increase revenue and growth of the company.
· Candidate will develop a plan to make sure all company’s resource are used to the maximum and fully taken advantage of.
· Candidate must develop and maintain healthy relationships between clients, travel agents, customers and stake holders.
· Candidate will design and implement campaigns to promote service of the hotel and its products and amenities.
· Candidate will liaise with local business owners, event organizers and other stakeholders to improve the hotel’s market presence.
· Candidate will perform periodic reviews on the hotel’s market performance and provide training and development opportunities to help improve them.
· Candidate will oversee sales performance and report regularly to management and General Manager.
Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or other related fields.
· Possessing a post-graduate degree is an added advantage.
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, business development, or sales preferably in a 3 star or 4 star hotel.
· Proven experience in the marketing sector and cruise operations
· Good writing and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and CRM software.
· Ability of being a good leader and a good management member.
