About the Role
As Coordinator, Sales & Marketing – Ghana, you will play a key role in supporting Herbalife’s commercial success through strategic sales initiatives and dynamic marketing execution. This hybrid role blends operational excellence with creative input, ensuring our independent Members are empowered and engaged.
This position replaces the former Distributor Success Senior Coordinator and is essential for maintaining continuity across our Sales and Marketing functions.
In this role, you will
i. Lead and support sales initiatives, including training content, education assets, promotional strategy, execution, and performance analysis in collaboration with BI and DS leadership.
ii. Contribute to marketing campaigns across digital, product, and commercial channels—supporting launches, retention efforts, and brand activations.
iii. Act as a backup for the Sales & Marketing Lead during absences, ensuring seamless continuity and knowledge sharing.
Our Requirements
i. Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, ideally within FMCG or customer marketing environments.
ii. Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret trends, manage records, and work with metrics.
iii. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with digital tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO analytics is a plus.
iv. Disciplined, mature, and collaborative—able to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced, mission-driven culture.
v. Experience in nutrition or wellness is a bonus, but not required.
vi. Driving license is mandatory.
