Fair Afric is seeking the services of a Social Media Content Executive to lead the development and execution of our social media content across platforms. If you love storytelling, understand digital trends, and have a passion for African-made brands — this role is for you. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and seasonal content.
  • Produce high-quality visuals, short videos, and reels that reflect fairafric’s brand and mission.
  • Monitor community engagement, respond to DMs/comments, and track platform analytics.
  • Stay on top of trends and apply creative approaches to boost online visibility.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or similar field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management/content creation for FMCG or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
  • Excellent written communication and understanding of Ghanaian consumer behavior.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and improve performance.
