Disaster Resilience Network Ghana is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of a Finance and Administration Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing petty cash expenses, supporting procurement and inventory processes, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic financial principles. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;
Responsibilities
i. The candidate will maintain accurate financial and administrative records
ii. The candidate will support budgeting, petty cash management, and expense tracking
iii. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with procurement and inventory management
iv. The candidate must ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures
v. The candidate will support logistics for field operations and project events
Qualification
i. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
ii. Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic financial principles
iii. Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
iv. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
v. Good coordination and interpersonal skills
