Inngen is seeking the services of a strategic and results-driven Head of Recruitment and Talent management to lead our talent acquisition effort. This ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a recruitment strategy aligned with business goals, managing end-to-end hiring processes, and fostering a strong talent pipeline while ensuring diversity, compliance and an excellent candidate experience. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a hiring strategy, optimising sourcing channels, and enhancing employer branding.
· The candidate will oversee job descriptions, assessments, offer negotiations and onboarding.
· The candidate will build proactive pipelines, support succession planning and promote career growth.
· The candidate will drive inclusive hiring practices and minimise unconscious bias
· The candidate will be responsible for working closely with the hiring manager, HR and external partners to align hiring efforts.
· The candidate must ensure legal adherence, background checks and cost-effective hiring strategies
Qualification
· Minimum of 10 years of proven work experience in Human Resource
· Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy and team leadership
· Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, HR technologies and compliance regulations
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good interpersonal and coordination skills
