LMI Logistics is seeking qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Human Resource Business Partner. The ideal candidate will drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals, workforce planning, and organizational design. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Drive strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals, workforce planning, and organizational design.
ii. Lead talent management, including succession planning, capability development, and closing skill gaps.
iii. Manage employee relations, ensuring fair resolution, positive culture, and strong engagement.
iv. Oversee performance & rewards, supporting objective evaluations and competitive compensation practices.
v. Ensure HR compliance & operational excellence, including accurate data, reporting, and streamlined processes.
Qualification/Experience
i. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
ii. Professional HR certification is an advantage.
iii. Minimum of 7 years HR experience, with at least 3 years in business partnering.
iv. Demonstrated success in driving organizational performance through people strategies.
v. Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws and best HR practices.
