Capemay is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of an Account Manager. The ideal candidate must ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory obligations. The candidate must have proven experience as an Accounts Manager or other relevant fields. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate must ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory obligations. Maintain and adhere to financial laws

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing, managing and monitoring budgets

·       The candidate will support management in strategic financial planning

·       The candidate will lead and mentor a team of accountants. Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual

·       statements.

·       The candidate will be responsible for overseeing cash flow management.

·       The candidate will be responsible for System Implementation & Monitoring Bank Reconciliation & Accounts Oversight.

·       The candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll processing and vendor payments, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.

·       The candidate will work closely with other departments, such as operations, leasing, facilities and sales, to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

·       Masters in Finance or Accounting Chartered Accountant (ACCA or ICAG)

·       Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar. Several years of experience in accounting, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role

·       Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, or similar).
