Bauer Solutions
We seek a Corporate Communications Executive responsible for developing and managing all communication materials and platforms to ensure a consistent and professional corporate identity across Bauer Solutions and its associated companies. This role will oversee branding, internal and external communications, website management, SEO efforts, and corporate presentations, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand and Corporate Identity Management
i. Act as the custodian of corporate branding across all companies within the group.
ii. Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all communications.
iii. Ensure company profiles, presentation templates, reports, and other materials align with the corporate brand identity.
Internal & External Communications
i. Manage internal communication channels to ensure effective information flow within the organization.
ii. Oversee external communication strategies including newsletters and stakeholder communications.
iii. Support leadership in preparing corporate speeches, presentations, and reports.
iv. Ensure all marketing and communication efforts reflect the company’s values and positioning.
Digital and Website Management
i. Ensure company websites are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with SEO best practices.
ii. Work with IT or external agencies to implement SEO strategies that enhance online visibility.
iii. Manage social media presence to align with corporate branding and communication objectives.
Media and Stakeholder Relations
i. Develop and maintain relationships with media, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
ii. Respond to media inquiries and coordinate public relations activities when necessary.
Content Creation & Editorial Oversight
i. Develop and edit corporate materials, including reports, brochures, proposals, and company announcements.
ii. Ensure clarity, consistency, and professionalism in all written and visual content
Qualifications and Requirements:
i. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
ii. 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate communications, brand management, or a related role.
iii. Strong writing and editorial skills with a keen eye for detail.
iv. Experience in website management, SEO, and digital communications.
v. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and design tools (Canva; Adobe Suite is a plus).
vi. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
vii. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work across different companies.
