A reputable company in Kissieman, Accra, is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of accountant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting transactions and tracking and monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting transactions

·       The candidate will track and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable

·       The candidate will be responsible for computing taxes and preparing tax returns

·       The candidate must adhere to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines

·       The candidate will assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements

·       The candidate will be responsible for reinforcing financial data confidentiality and conducting database backups when necessary

·       The candidate will be responsible for financial statements and producing budget according to the schedule

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields

·       Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations

·       Must be a graduate who completed National Service last year or beyond
