KGL Group is seeking qualified and hardworking National Service Personnel for the opportunity to work with them as an HR & Admin. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate must be a final-year student awaiting a national service position. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities
ii. Support employee engagement and welfare programs
iii. Provide administrative support across departments
iv. Handle correspondence, filling and documentation
v. Assist in coordinating meetings and office logistics
Qualification
i. Must be a final-year student awaiting a national service posting.
ii. Background in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields
iii. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
iv. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
v. Good coordination and interpersonal skills
vi. A keen eye for detail
