Gem Consultancy is seeking qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of an Office Manager. The successful candidate will oversee daily office operations and supervise staff, and coordinate tasks. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of proven work experience in Office/Administrative Management. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          Oversee daily office operations

     ii.          Supervise staff and coordinate tasks

    iii.          Manage procurement and office supplies

   iv.          Maintain records and filing systems

Qualification

       i.          3+ years of experience in Office/Admin Management

     ii.          Strong organizational and multitasking skills

    iii.          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

   iv.          Excellent people skills

     v.          Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
