Advance Global College is seeking the services of result-driven and detail-oriented individuals for the position of Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as the point of contact between the principal and internal/external clients. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will act as the point of contact between the principal and internal/external clients.
· The candidate will work as an aide to the principal
· The candidate will be responsible for screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence.
· The candidate will handle requests and queries appropriately
· The candidate will be responsible for managing diary and scheduling meetings and appointments
· The candidate will make travel arrangements
· The candidate will take dictation and minutes
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
· Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in a relevant field
· Proven experience in data entry, correspondence etc
