A leading Insurance Brokerage Firm in Takoradi seeks to employ the services of a well-experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to identify business growth, develop and implement strategies to meet organizational objectives, set goals, as well as delegate tasks for a more efficient team.  The successful candidate will proactively solicit and secure new business opportunities and effectively close deals and foster strong relationships with clients. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Duties And Responsibilities

       i.          Proactively solicit and secure new business opportunities.

     ii.          Effectively close deals and foster strong relationships with clients.

    iii.          Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

   iv.          Build and maintain a comprehensive customer database.

     v.          Regularly update and organize customer information for efficient use. Ensure timely and accurate receipt of commissions.

   vi.          Generate and deliver detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Qualifications & Competencies

       i.          Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management, Marketing, or a related field.

     ii.          Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the ACII will be an advantage.

    iii.          Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry will be an added advantage.

   iv.          Minimum of five (5) years of proven work experience in a Sales and Marketing role.

     v.          Strong leadership and team management skills.

   vi.          An analytical mindset with the ability to make result-oriented decisions.
