The Behaviour Hub is looking to recruit, train and employ Behaviour Technicians to provide one-on-one Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapy services for children with needs, as well as provide in-school support where needed.
Duties
· Follow IEP/protocol and prescription sheet to run designated programmes as scheduled.
· Record accurate acquisition, maintenance and behaviour data.
· Summarize data daily/weekly on the data entry app or sheet for case client.
· Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behaviour.
· Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with client’s individualized treatment and behaviour reduction protocols on request.
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
· Strong collaborating, coordinating, interpersonal and writing skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Psychology, Special Education or Applied Behaviour Analysis)
• Experience with children with special needs (preferred)
• Trained Behaviour Technicians with working experience of 1 year and above
