Personal Support:
i. The candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing travel arrangements.
ii. The candidate will be responsible for handling personal errands and tasks as requested by executives.
iii. The candidate will maintain confidentiality regarding personal and company matters.
Communication:
i. The candidate will draft and manage correspondence, including emails and reports.
ii. The candidate will serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
iii. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings and preparing agendas and minutes.
Project Management:
i. The candidate will track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
ii. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in developing marketing materials and presentations.
Qualifications:
i. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
ii. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
iii. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
iv. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
v. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
