The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties to help with the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience as a Secretary. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day office activities
· The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for superiors and team members
· The candidate will answer and direct phone calls to the right recipients
· The candidate will be responsible for acting as a point of contact between clients and employees
· The candidate will be responsible for managing calendars and organizing meetings
· The candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments
· The candidate will greet visitors and clients to provide them with information
· The candidate will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels of office supplies
Qualification
· HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Business Administration and Public Relations Management
· Good coordination and interpersonal skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proven work experience as a secretary is an added advantage
