Oak of Honour International Preschool is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Preschool Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for asdsad. The ideal candidate must have certification or training in international curricula. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Design age-appropriate learning programs for preschool children
ii. Ensure lesson quality and adherence to school policies
iii. Guide staff in early childhood education best practices
iv. Assess children’s progress and address learning concerns
v. Communicate with parents about their child’s development
Qualifications
i. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education 9ECE) or a related field, examples are Child Development or Primary Education.
ii. Certifications or training in international curricula, examples are IB/Montessori, EYFS.
iii. Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or educational leadership
iv. Minimum of 3-4 years of teaching experience in early childhood education
v. Prior experience working in an international or multicultural school environment
