Fountain Head Christian School is seeking the services of qualified, hardworking and experienced individuals for the position of a Preschool Head. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for early childhood education and a strong foundation in Montessori. The ideal candidate will lead and manage the daily operations of the preschool. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will lead and manage the daily operations of the preschool

·       The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing age-appropriate, engaging and enriching educational programs

·       The candidate must foster a safe, inclusive and supportive environment for children, parents and staff

·       The candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff development, training and performance, ensuring adherence to educational standards

·       The candidate must maintain open communication with parents and guardians to support student learning and development

·       The candidate must ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards in child care and education

Qualification

·       Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field.

·       A degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related discipline.

·       Strong managerial and leadership skills with experience in team management.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

·       A commitment to fostering an engaging and innovative learning experience for young children.
