Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing travel arrangements
· The candidate will handle personal errands and tasks as requested by executives
· The candidate will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality regarding personal and company matters
· The candidate will draft and manage correspondence, including emails and reports
· The candidate will be responsible for serving as a liaison between executive and internal/external stakeholders
· The candidate will coordinate meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
· The candidate will be responsible for tracking project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion
· The candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining files, both digital and physical
· The candidate will manage budgets and expense reports related to marketing activities
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
· Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, with engineering exposure
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
