Urban Pulse Media is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing efforts in the digital media and entertainment industry. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will greet and assist customers in-store or online.
· The candidate must help customers find products and make decisions
· The candidate will be responsible for tracking daily sales and reporting to supervisors
· The candidate must provide customer feedback to improve products and services
Qualification
· HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related fields
· Proven work experience as a sales and marketing assistant is an added advantage
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Good interpersonal and coordination skills
· Proficiency in sales and marketing processes and procedures
