This role goes beyond event planning it involves developing creative marketing campaigns, driving ticket sales, building sponsorship opportunities, and leveraging media platforms to maximize visibility and engagement. A background in business development, marketing, or radio/media will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
i. Develop and pitch sponsorship proposals, and manage client relationships.
ii. Plan, coordinate, and execute events and promotional campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
iii. Collaborate with media partners, including radio and digital platforms, to drive audience engagement.
iv. Manage budgets, vendors, and timelines to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Experience & Qualification
i. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field.
ii. 5-7 years' experience in business development, Marketing, or media, preferably in the creative/entertainment industry. Proven ability to secure sponsorships and build partnerships is highly desirable.
