FindUs Ghana, a Social Media Advertisement Company based in Accra seeks the services of qualified, hardworking and passionate individuals for the services of a Human Resource Manager. The ideal candidate must be experience in developing policies and, payroll processes, employee relations and others. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The ideal candidate will hire and recruit the most qualified personnel for the company

·       The candidate will create compelling job descriptions

·       The candidate must design onboarding, training programs, and orientation programs for new and old staff

·       The candidate will handle all conflict resolutions in the company

·       The candidate will document workplace rules and regulations

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other relevant fields

·       Proven work experience as a human resource manager or similar is an added advantage

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills

Remuneration

·       Salary: Ghc 4,000 – Ghc 7,00

·       Medical Insurance

·       Feeding allowance

·       Training
