Zutron Pharmaceuticals seeks the services of passionate, hardworking, qualified, and experienced individuals for the Territory Sales Representative position. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will also promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical and laboratory products to hospital facilities, healthcare professionals, and other relevant clients. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.
· The candidate will promote and sell products in line with the company's objective.
· The candidate must ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded in assigned territories.
· The candidate will be responsible for conducting product presentations and providing information to clients.
· The candidate will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and reporting on sales activities.
· The candidate must ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
· The candidate will prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Qualification
· Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Ability to work independently and within a team
· A valid driver’s license
· Phone, email, and chat communication skills are an added advantage
· Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to customers outside Accra
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations Management, or a related field is an advantage
