Galore Logistics Limited is seeking qualified and hardworking Accounts Officers to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and reviewing financial records preparing budgets and monitoring expenditures. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and reviewing financial records.

·       The candidate must ensure compliance with accounting and tax laws.

·       The candidate will be responsible for preparing budgets and monitoring expenditures.

·       The candidate will evaluate internal management systems, procedures, and risks to provide recommendations.

·       The candidate will manage accounts payable and receivable.

·       The candidate will be responsible for performing regular audits and reconciliations.

·       The candidate will be responsible for generating financial reports and statements.

·       The candidate will support financial planning and analysis activities.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

·       Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is an advantage.

·       Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

·       Strong analytical and numerical skills.

·       Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

·       Excellent organizational and time management skills.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Knowledge accounting software is an added advantage
