IPR Ghana is seeking passionate and hardworking individuals for the position of a Finance Officer. The ideal candidate should be able to manage the financial records and financial reporting of the company. As follows are the qualifications and responsibilities for the position.

Responsibilities

·       Candidate will be responsible for managing the financial records of the company.

·       Candidate will manage the income and expenditure of the company

·       Candidate will perform financial reporting duties

·       Candidate will develop monthly and yearly budget for the company

·       Candidate will be regulatory compliance

·       Candidate will perform some audit management duties’

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

·       Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a Finance officer or equivalent with a Bachelor’s Degree

·       HND in Accounting, Finance or related field

·       Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a Finance officer or equivalent with an HND

·       Strong knowledge of and adherence to accounting principles and practices

·       Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel

·       Experience in a non-profit organization or professional body is an advantage
