Minime Montessori School, a pre-school in Accra is seeking a dynamic, passionate and experienced Montessori Preschool to lead and manage our early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will embody the Montessori spirit, demonstrate strong leadership and foster a positive school culture that supports both staff and learners. The following are the responsibilities and qualification for the position.
Qualifications & Requirements
i. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Early childhood development or a related field (Master’s preferred)
ii. Montessori Early Childhood Certification from a recognized institution (AMI, AMS or MACTE-accredited)
iii. Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in Montessori setting
iv. Minimum 2 years of leadership or administrative experience in an early childhood education environment
v. Deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and pedagogy
vi. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
vii. Knowledge of early childhood development milestones and practices
viii. Computer literacy and basic administrative skills
ix. Familiarity with local educational policies and child safeguarding procedures
x. First Aid/CPR certification is an asset
