Sterling International School is seeking the services of qualified and interested individuals for the position of Senior Accounts Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the school’s objectives. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in accounting. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

       i.          The candidate will develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the school’s objectives.

     ii.          The candidate will manage budgeting, forecasting, and daily financial operations.

    iii.          The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial performance, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.

   iv.          The candidate must ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

     v.          The candidate will supervise the finance team, offering leadership and professional development.

   vi.          The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.

  vii.          The candidate will maintain effective internal controls and accurate financial records.

viii.          The candidate will prepare and present financial statements (Monthly, Termly, Bi-Annual, Annual) to the board and stakeholders.

   ix.          The candidate will contribute to strategic planning and long-term financial sustainability,

     x.          The candidate will be responsible for leading improvements in financial systems and processes.

Qualification

       i.          3 years of proven work experience

     ii.          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    iii.          Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills

   iv.          Good analytical skills

     v.          A keen eye for detail
