Job summary

Key Responsibilities:

                  Provide top-tier administrative and executive support.

                  Efficiently manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements.

                  Oversee correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.

                  Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.

                  Maintain records, and confidential files with utmost discretion.

                  Coordinate events, stakeholder engagements, and business activities.

                  Handle both personal and business-related tasks.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

                  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Business Management, or a related field.

                  Minimum of [2] years of experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.

                  Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

                  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

                  High level of professionalism, maturity, and emotional intelligence.

                  Demonstrated loyalty, trustworthiness, and discretion in handling sensitive matters.

                  Exposure to high-level business environments or international standards is a plus.

                  Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling tools, and business management software.

                  Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the executive's needs.
