Zyellegant is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks and communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, staff, managing staff and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Duties

·       Hiring staff

·       Managing staff

·       Bookkeeping/Accounts

·       Secretarial Work

·       Front Desk

·       Writing proposals

·       Drawing up SLA with clients

·       Social media management

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for managing calendars and appointments

·       The  candidate will organize and maintain files

·       The candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients

·       The candidate will be responsible for managing daily tasks for the employer

Qualification

·       HND/Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Good computing skills

·       Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills

·       A keen eye for detail

·       Ability to multitask effectively

·       Social media savvy
