Mankies is seeking qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of an HR and Administration manager. The ideal candidate will. As follows are the responsibilities and qualification for the position;

Responsibilities

·       Candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining personnel or staff records

·       Candidate will revise and develop company policies

·       Candidate will provide administrative support

·       Candidate will develop material for training and orientation of staff

·       Candidate will perform administrative tasks

Qualification

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Relations management or similar

·       BA/MSC/MBA in Human Resource Management or similar is an added advantage

·       Member of a Human Resource Professional body

·       Proven work experience in human resource with 2 years supervisory role
