A reputable company seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Administrative Assistant position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

·       The candidate will be responsible for answering phones and greeting visitor

·       The candidate will be responsible for collating and distributing mail

·       The candidate will be responsible for preparing memos, emails, and other reports

·       The candidate will carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, scanning, and others

Qualification

·       Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar

·       HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant fields

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·       A keen eye for detail
