The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing marketing strategies and campaigns to attract and engage potential buyers, renters, and sellers to Ownkey. This role involves creating and executing marketing plans, creating and managing content, analyzing marketing data, effectively communicating with stakeholders, and supporting various marketing initiatives to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
Content Creation and Management
- Content Development: Create high-quality, engaging content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.
- Content Calendar: Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
- Multimedia Content: Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and images.
Digital Marketing Execution
- SEO: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- SEM: Assist in managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Social Media: Manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
Email Marketing
- Campaign Creation: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
- List Management: Build and maintain email lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Market Research and Analysis
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on competitors to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Audience Insights: Gather and analyze data on target audience demographics, preferences, and behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
- Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Campaign Support
- Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
- Promotional Activities: Support promotional activities such as events, webinars, and partnerships to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Collateral Development: Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Collaboration and Communication
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for services such as graphic design, video production, and advertising.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate marketing plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Continuous Improvement
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.
- Skill Development: Continuously develop marketing skills through training, certifications, and professional development opportunities.
- Innovation: Experiment with new marketing tactics and channels to find innovative ways to reach and engage the target audience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the real estate or technology industry.
- Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and creativity.
- Tools: Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing software, and content management systems (CMS).
