LMI Land Investments is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Digital Marketing Specialist position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans across digital channels to effectively promote products and services. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing plans across digital channels to effectively promote products and services

·       The candidate will analyze marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance and maximize return on investment

·       The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content like blog posts, social media graphics, videos and email newsletters while optimizing website content to boost organic traffic

·       The candidate will oversee paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads while supporting marketing activities through copywriting and proofreading

·       The candidate will monitor key digital marketing metrics and prepare comprehensive performance reports

Qualification

·       Minimum of a degree in Marketing or other related field of study

·       3-5 years of managing multiple digital marketing channels

·       Cross-cultural experience/marketing agency experience will be an added advantage
