Fine Techno Pack Limited seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the administrative assistant position. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate all front office and administrative activities. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all front office and administrative activities

·       The candidate will answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary

·       The candidate will organize and schedule meetings and appointments for senior staff

·       The candidate will prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and internal communication

·       The candidate will maintain filling systems, ensure confidentiality and easy retrieval of information

·       The candidate will assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

·       The candidate will develop and maintain office policies and procedures

·       The candidate will be responsible for coordinating office logistics such as office supplies and maintenance

·       The candidate will liaise with suppliers and vendors for office needs

Qualification

·       At least a Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant fields

·       Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant

·       At least 2 years of work experience under an HR

·       Good written and verbal communication skills

·       Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
