Koffgyent Projects seeks the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the Construction Supervisor position. The ideal candidate must be a skilled professional with construction and civil engineering expertise. The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a Construction Supervisor. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position of a Construction Supervisor;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities
· The candidate must ensure compliance with plans and safety regulations
· The candidate will be responsible for managing site operations effectively
Qualification
· Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision.
· Strong leadership and project management skills.
Key Competencies:
· Ability to manage teams and resources.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Knowledge of construction standards and safety regulations.
