The ideal candidate will promote products or services, generate leads, and drive sales through strategic marketing initiatives and effective sales techniques. Responsibilities
· The candidate must ensure the achievement of both individual and organizational sales targets
· The candidate will be responsible for conducting market research to identify potential customers, and trends and analyze market conduct to adjust sales strategies
· The candidate will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer services to encourage repeated business and referrals
· The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns and events that attract potential buyers
· The candidate must understand client engagements from sales to delivery
· The candidate will facilitate the closing process by ensuring all terms are met and assisting with finalizing contracts and agreements
· The candidate must ensure that all transactions comply with relevant laws regulations and industry standards
· The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of transactions, client interactions and property details for future reference and compliance
· The candidate will be responsible for performing other work-related activities that may be assigned
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in business Administration or a related field
· 2 years of proven working experience as a sales or marketing executive
· Experience with a real estate company will be an added advantage
· Good understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display and sell products and services
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
· Pleasant and trustworthy
· Ability to create and implement effective sales strategies
