Job Description

Role purpose: Own and drive digital consumer propositions, leading digital strategy for consumer, innovation, project management and product/service launch in addition to the entire management of Value-Added Service (VAS) operations and P&L.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership
1.    Manage the Digital and VAS Team end-to-end.
2.    Manage and ensure a healthy P&L for the overall    VAS line including establishing business cases and ensuring appropriate go-to-market (GTM) for the services are in place.
3.    Own the innovation and development of the Airtime Crediting Service (SOS) reload channel and drive growth in line with the business’ overall digital reload strategy whiles managing P&L to ensure profitability. 4. Overall responsibility of product lifecycle management for all Value-Added Services in the areas of Voice; SMS; Data/Digital; and OTT partnerships
5.    Develop, in conjunction with the Head of Department and CBU Leadership, a detailed short (12 months) and mid-term (24 months digital products and services roadmap to plan and define scope for new products and innovation, all in collaboration with Voice, Non-Voice,Pricing, Segment Teams, and Customer Value Management (CVM) Team.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

•    Degree in any relevant/related field.
•    5-7 years of work experience
