New Crystal Hospital is seeking qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Deputy Stores Manager. The ideal candidate will receive goods from suppliers and prepare and issue invoices for various units. The ideal candidate must have an HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing and Supply Chain or similar. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will receive goods from suppliers
· The candidate will be responsible for preparing goods received notes (GRNs)
· The candidate will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices for various units
· The candidate will conduct other store-related activities
Qualification
· HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing and Supply chain
· Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the field
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word
· Good knowledge of storekeeping software and programs
· Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
