Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Procurement Executive to manage the procurement of materials, equipment and services for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

·       The candidate will develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support construction projects.

·       The candidate will be responsible for negotiating and finalising contracts with both local and international vendors, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.

·       The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with quality control and project management teams to ensure that procured materials and services meet specified standards.

·       The candidate will liaise with the account to make sure all procurement payments are paid on time.

·       The candidate will be responsible for preparing regular reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance and market trends.

·       The candidate will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Construction Management, Architecture or related fields

·       3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry

·       Strong knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.

·       Experience in local and international purchases
