Bomarts Farms Limited seeks the services of qualified, passionate, and hardworking individuals for the position of Estate and Transport Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the procurement department in sourcing, purchasing, and managing supplies and services. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of accurate local purchase orders

·       The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation ensuring high compliance standards

·       The candidate must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure

·       The candidate will be responsible for supporting inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating reorders

·       The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of reports and audits

·       The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records on supplier base and creditor accounts

·       The candidate must have the ability to source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines

Qualification

·       HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management

·       Completion of National Service

·       Strong negotiation and communication skills

·       Excellent organizational and time management skills

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel,  Microsoft PowerPoint, and others

·       Attention to detail and analytical thinking
