NGC Karida Agroscience Limited, a reputable company based in Kumasi that deals in wholesale of pesticides and other Agro products is looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join their sales team as Area Sales Executive in the Oti Region, is seeking the services of qualified and hardworking individuals for the position of a Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting and prospecting for new customers. As following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position.

Responsibilities

·       The candidate will visit and prospect for new customers

·       The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base

·       The candidate will be responsible for talking to customers and taking orders for products

·       Filling out forms and capturing data of their business certificate

·       The candidate will be responsible for updating trade records

·       The candidate will develop and execute sales strategies to increase product sales in your designated area

·       The candidate will  be responsible for maximizing sales and achieving Zero debt

·       The candidate must make sure the sector follows up on payment promptly

·       The candidate will be responsible for reporting daily to the sector manager

Qualification

·       HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Marketing/Agribusiness/Agriculture

·       Basic knowledge of the Agrochemical/FMCG business

·       2 – 3 years of working experience as a salesperson

·       Outspoken and friendly

·       Target oriented

·       Track record of developing new markets

·       Willing to take charge of any region as a sector of operation

·       Self-motivated individual

·       Willing to learn and take directions the KARIDA way
