Our client is reputable logistics and shipping company in Tema, Ghana. The firm now requires a high calibre HR Manager reporting to the Managing Director
Key Accountabilities
• Recruitment, search and selection of talent for the organization
• Organizational departmental planning
• To design and implement a sound performance improvement system
• To ensure employment compliance with the Ghana Labor Laws
• To design and implement Employee Orientation Programs
• To lead in the determination of training needs and to source for training programs
• To develop appropriate HR Policies for Board consideration
• To administer Payroll, Compensation & Benefits in line with legal and policy requirements
• To lead in the assurance of employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
• To manage the administrative functions of the organization to ensure an efficient operation
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of first degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5 years’ progressive experience as HR Manger in similar industry.
