A reputable organisation in Tarkwa is seeking an experienced Human Resources & Administration Superintendent to provide both strategic HR leadership and strong administrative oversight. The role requires a proactive HR Business Partner who will collaborate closely with leadership to align people and administrative strategies with business objectives, strengthen organisational culture, and drive operational efficiency. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Key Focus Areas:
i. Strategic and operational HR management
ii. Partnering with leadership to support business goals
iii. Talent management, employee engagement, and culture development
iv. HR policy development and compliance with employment and labour laws
v. Oversight of administrative functions, including office operations, facilities, records management, and service providers
vi. Ensuring efficient systems, processes, and internal controls across HR and administration
Requirements:
i. 8–10 years’ progressive experience in Human Resources & Administration
ii. Professional HR qualification with full membership in SPHRi, SHRM, or CIHRM
iii. Strong knowledge of employment and labour laws
iv. Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted HR Business Partner
v. Proven experience managing administrative operations
