Fireside Group Limited is seeking qualified, hardworking, and experienced individuals for the position of Human Resource Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for consolidating staff needs and advising on staff competencies and skills gaps for intervention. The ideal candidate must have good written and verbal communication skills. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;

Key Responsibilities:

       i.          The candidate will consolidate staff needs and advise on staff competencies and skill gaps for intervention.

     ii.          The candidate will identify talents and special skills and propose a program for training, nurturing, coaching, and or mentoring.

    iii.          The candidate will be responsible for tracking individual staff performance for intervention.

   iv.          The candidate must ensure the successful onboarding of new employees.

     v.          The candidate will monitor staff productivity and discipline, and propose remedial action.

   vi.          The candidate will be responsible for assisting in coming up with employee welfare interventions and tracking their impact on the employees and/company.

  vii.          The candidate will assist in drafting general correspondence about the HR department.

viii.          The candidate will assist in conducting staff satisfaction surveys.

   ix.          The candidate must ensure the smooth operation of the HR department daily.

     x.          The candidate will assist in coordinating the company's CSR activities.

   xi.          The candidate must ensure proper documentation of HR records, i.e., training, general correspondence.

  xii.          Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification

       i.          At least a Diploma or Degree in HR from a reputable institution

     ii.          Has at least 2-3 years of work experience

    iii.          Proficiency in computer applications

   iv.          Analytical skills

     v.          Communication skills

   vi.          Interpersonal skills

  vii.          Team player
