Inspirit Ghana, a leading 3-star hotel in Tesano, Accra, is seeking a motivated and driven individual with industry expertise for the position of Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a professional representative of the hotel, promoting all services and facilities to prospective clients. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The following are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
i. Act as a professional representative of the hotel, promoting all services and facilities to prospective clients.
ii. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the hotel's rooms, amenities, packages, and event offerings to confidently match guest needs.
iii. Identify and target new business opportunities across corporate, group, and leisure segments.
iv. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agents, and partners to drive repeat business.
v. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets through proactive selling strategies.
vi. Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of guest expectations and contracted services
Qualification/Skills
i. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hospitality or related industry
ii. Proven track record of building new business and clients and consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets - Applicant should be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license
iii. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
iv. Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of Hotel operations and the hospitality industry
v. Strong organizational and time management skills -Proficiency in office suite and sales reporting tools - Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
