Office Administrator
Highways Heroes Trucking School is seeking the services of detail-oriented, qualified and experienced Officer Administrators to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office supplies and inventory. The ideal candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills. As follows are the responsibilities and qualifications for the position;
Responsibilities
· The candidate will manage office supplies and inventory
· The candidate will be responsible for acting as a point of contact for employees, clients and vendors
· The candidate will be responsible for drafting and distributing internal memos and announcements
· The candidate will process invoices, receipts and expense reports
· The candidate will be responsible for assisting with employee onboarding and orientation
· The candidate must ensure office equipment is in good condition
Qualification
· Two years of proven work experience in the trucking, transportation or education sector
· Knowledge of DOT and CDL regulations
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, for example, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc
· A keen eye for details
· Good time management skills
