Responsibilities
· The candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
· The candidate will answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors.
· The candidate will carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing,m copying, binding, scanning, and others
· The candidate will complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
· The candidate will exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
· The candidate will support the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
· The candidate will contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualification
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
· Proven work experience as an Administrative Office
· Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an insurance environment
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
